Formed in 2016 by James and Louise, Colourfast Renders has grown to become the render applicators of choice throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. Based in Norwich, Norfolk, we are ideally placed to cover our fantastic villages, towns, city and amazing coastline nearby. Working with suppliers and merchants we aim to use local businesses to reduce our carbon footprint and help the environment as mush as possible.
We work alongside recognised brands such as Ecorend, K-Rend and VPI Products amongst others, to provide a solution to your proposed render project. Colourfast Renders understands the importance of the investment in your home and the final aesthetic finish which will allow your property to shine. We take time to help you through the options available and the assistance that each manufacturer will provide eg. Product Warranty's, technical support, specifications bespoke to your project, colour samples. Providing this service is the reason why we are an Approved and Recommended Applicators with each brand.
Colourfast Renders work alongside self builds, bespoke projects and regional developers within Norfolk and Suffolk. Our teams of experienced applicators aim to provide you with a pleasurable and courteous experience throughout the installation process. We endeavour to keep learning about the new products that come onto the market to keep Colourfast Renders current and give an acknowledgment to the past with Lime render application too.

Colourfast Renders
We work with recognised brands including Ecorend, K-Rend, VPI Products and others to offer our clients a choice of manufacturers product finish textures and colours. Each manufacturer sources their own raw materials, which are rigorously tested prior to the formulation process. Individual manufacturers have invested in testing chambers onsite, enabling the products to go through various cycles of weather conditions to ensure their materials are performing to the exacting standards required by recognised industry bodies.
Our climate is constantly changing the weather conditions the UK experiences, throughout the year each product has to be resilient against consistent rainfall, frost and hot weather as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing finish to your project. Manufacturers enhance their products with silicone properties which significantly reduces the amount of water that may collect on the surface, stopping absorption but allowing water vapour to pass through allowing the building to breathe. Having a water repellent surface allows the building to shine, keeping its freshly rendered appearance longer and making it easier to maintain in the future.
Using this technology with our spray application methods provides an install period that is not waiting for traditional render (sand & cement) to dry before painting, providing you with a fantastic looking project, and allows for the scaffolding to be removed and landscaping to be completed.
